| COMPETITION | Fancy A Ride 2024 |

| PRIZE | The prize is entry into Alton Towers and transport to & from Merseyside (pickup location tbc) for up to four people. |
| PRIZE PROVIDER | The Coach Company |
| PROMOTER | IN DEMAND RADIO (the “Promoter”) |
| COMPETITION STRUCTURE | Entrants must register for the competition by completing an entry form on the In Demand Radio website. Winners will be picked at random from all valid entries each day during the competition. |
| ROUTES OF ENTRY & COSTS | The competition can be entered at any time between the start/closing dates by completing the entry form. There is no cost to enter. |
| CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE | Winners will be notified by telephone. The promotor will make all reasonable effort contact the winners, but reserve the right to choose a new winner if they are unable to reach the winner. |
| RESTRICTIONS | The competition is open to anyone. Winners under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The names of the people attending the trip must be provided when the prize is awarded. If a winner or the guest of a winner is unable to attend the trip, the winner must notify the promotor as soon as possible. |
| DATA PROTECTION | Entrants' personal data (including telephone numbers andemail addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners' names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has expressly opted in to marketing. | OTHER CONDITIONS | Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted. The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. |
