PRIZE

A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the winner subject to the winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:

ROUTES OF ENTRY, VOTING TERMS & COSTS

The competition is open from Monday 30^th October 2023 - Friday 3rd November 2023 

On the week above, During Steve Weaver’s Brunch club between the hours of 10am and 1pm, “Firework” by Katy Perry will be played.

When the songs starts playing the competition is open. The competition closes 10 minutes after.

Anyone wishing to enter must text the word “RADIO” and the spcified word or phrase to 81066 or message in via the app. We will not charge to enter.

The entrant has 10 minutes from the start of the song (the opening time) to get their entry in. 

For the avoidance of doubt, timing is based on DAB listening, and does not take into account any delay that may exist listing via IP steaming.

Any entries received before the Start Date and time or after the End Date and time (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

Any entrant that answers correctly via the means above will be under consideration to win the Prize listed above.

One winner will be selected at random.

CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE

The Prize must be claimed by 5pm on Saturday 6^th November 2023.

The winner must collect the Prize from Aintree Discount Fireworks with all the relevant identification necessary.

ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

·         Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. 

·         Entries via the app must provide a contact number in order for the entry to count.

·         Entrants must live within the North West region of England.

·         The Prize is not transferrable.

·         Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner of the Prize will be announced live on air between the hours of 10am and 1pm between Monday 30th October - Friday 3rd November

DATA PROTECTION

Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners’ names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize.

By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation.

Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes

OTHER CONDITIONS

Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted.

The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms.

The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
