| COMPETITION | HUNT 4 HELLIER: July/August 2023 |

| PRIZE | A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the winner subject to the winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition: 2x VIP Tickets to Reminisce Festival on the 9th September 2023 |

| ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS | Nominees must be aged 18 years on the date of the broadcast. Employees (and their friends or family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered. |
| WINNER SELECTION | The winner will be the first person to arrive at the specified location & give Jack the correct nominated item The official adjudicator for this competition will be Jack Hellier. The time displayed on his device will be the definitive time in regards all elements of this competition If two people arrive at the same time at the correct location with the correct item and the adjudicator cannot determine who was first, a tie breaker question will then be asked. By taking part in this competition you agree to take part in the radio broadcast, and you agree that your name and likeness may be used in the Promotor's marketing materials If no winner is determined on a given day, the prize will be rolled over to the following day, up to a maximum of 5 days. If no winer is determined after 5 days, the competition will end with no winner. |
| DATA PROTECTION | Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners’ names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes For further read see our privacy terms. |
| OTHER CONDITIONS | Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted. The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. |
