PRIZE
Prize Details
  • One prize: 7 nights / 6 days all-inclusive stay for 2 adults at a Sandals Resort in Jamaica
  • Choice of selected resorts including Ocho Rios, Negril, Montego Bay & South Coast (subject to availability)
  • Estimated total value: $9,172 USD (£6,823 GBP)
    • Accommodation: ~$6,372
    • Airfare contribution: $2,800 (£2,100)
Airfare & Travel
  • Winner receives $2,800 stipend (whether the flights cost more or less) toward flights
  • Must be deposited within 60 days or it becomes void
  • Winner must book their own flights
  • Any costs above $2,800 are the winner’s responsibility
  • Do not book flights until resort is confirmed (30 days before travel)
Redemption & Availability
  • Travel valid between 1 June 2026 – 31 May 2027
  • No extensions – unused prize is forfeited
  • Subject to availability & blackout dates (incl. around major holidays)
  • Resort may be changed by provider if necessary
Eligibility
  • Winner must be 21 years or older
  • Prize is for 2 adults only
  • Non-transferable and no cash alternative

PROMOTER IN DEMAND RADIO (the “Promoter”)
COMPETITION STRUCTURE
  • Contest will run as a 4-week promotion: Contest Dates: 7th April - 30th April
  • We will play a “Queue to register for entrance to the competition”. We will offer 2 ways to enter including a web site entrance where you can opt out of any promotions with the Jamaica Tourist board and an app entrance. Both offer a free entry to the competition
  • Winner Mechanics:
    • 1 winner selected each week (randomly)
    • Total of 4 finalists
    • Final winner drawn at random at the end of Week 4
ROUTES OF ENTRY & COSTS The competition can be entered at any time between the start/closing dates by either sending a message to In Demand Radio via their mobile app, or completing the form on their website. There is no cost to enter. Valid entries must include the entrant's name, email address, phone number.
CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE The prize will be granted to the finalist who is chosen at random and phoned by the presenter of the show. The entrant must answer the call attempts within five minutes of the first call or the prize will be forfeit and another winner chosen.
RESTRICTIONS Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.
An individual is permitted to make as many entries as they like. However, multiple entries from the samke person with the same answer will only be considered as a single entry.
DATA PROTECTION Entrants' personal data (including telephone numbers andemail addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners' names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize.
By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation.
Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has expressly opted in to marketing.

OTHER CONDITIONS Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted.
The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms.
The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
