The terms and conditions below are in addtion to the general competition terms and conditions found here

COMPETITION New Look Smile Makeover
PRIZE The prize includes a smile makeover for the winner courtesy of New Look Smile, which may include dental procedures and treatments deemed necessary by New Look Smile's dental professionals.

In addition to the smile makeover, the prize package includes:

A 5-star all-inclusive hotel accommodation for two people.
Flights for two people to the destination where the smile makeover will take place.
VIP taxi service from the winner's home to the airport and from the airport to the hotel, including return journeys.
All dental treatments will be carried out by qualified medical professionals accredited under the Turkish Dental Association, including dentist Rustu Emula.
The winner will be required to travel to Turkey for a period of 7 days to undergo the dental treatments.
Prior to the commencement of any dental procedures, the winner will undergo a comprehensive assessment by the medical professionals in Turkey.
A treatment plan will be created based on the assessment results, and the winner will be required to sign clinic documents and accept the proposed treatment plan before any procedures commence.
The winner will have the opportunity to select the style, colour shade, and translucency of their teeth as part of the smile makeover process, subject to professional advice and recommendations from the dental professionals.
The prize must be redeemed and utilised by the winner within the calendar year of 2024. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no alternative prize or compensation will be provided.
The total value of the prize package is over £15,000.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

The winner will have no contract or agreement with In Demand Radio, and In Demand Radio will not be responsible or liable for the provision of the prize, or be in any way liable or responsible for any disagreement which may arise before, during, or after the provision of the prize.
The winner's prize agreement will be soley and exclusively with the prize provider.

How to enter In Demand Radio will post on social media famous Liverpool Landmarks with a photo of a real “New Look Smile” photoshopped on, saying “Name the Landmark with their New Look Smile”.
To enter people have to name the landmark, Like the post, Follow New Look Smile, Share and Tag their friend who will accompany them to Turkey.
You can enter as many times as you want and tag as many people as you want.
ADDITIONAL TERMS The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of New Look Smile, I nDemand Radio, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.

Entry into the competition is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

To enter the competition, participants must listen to InDemand Radio in the North West during the specified competition period and follow the instructions given on air.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

The winner will be notified by InDemand Radio via the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of notification, InDemand Radio reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

By entering the competition, participants agree to allow New Look Smile and InDemand Radio to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and press releases.

New Look Smile and InDemand Radio reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

This competition is promoted by New Look Smile, 39 Kardeş Kentler Cd, 07230 Muratpaşa/Antalya, Turkey, in collaboration with dentist Rustu Emula.

InDemand Radio is not liable for any aspects of the prize beyond arranging its provision and is not liable for any issues arising from the smile makeover or related services provided by New Look Smile.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
RESTRICTIONS Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.
DATA PROTECTION Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners’ names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize.
By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation.
Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes

OTHER CONDITIONS Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted.
The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms.
The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
