| PRIZE | The prize is a voucher worth £1500 redeemable with In Demand Productions Ltd against wedding entertainment services. This is enough to cover a standard entertainment package + a guest DJ such as Lee Butler. |

| ROUTES OF ENTRY, VOTING TERMS & COSTS | Entries must be received via the supplied online form no later than 25th Febrary 2024 at 23:59. The person chosen to play on air will be chosen at random and contacted by the Brekky Butler production team. In the event that the production team are unable to contact the person after a reasonable effort, another person will be chosen. |
| CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE | The prize will be granted if the person chosen to play on air proposes to their partner, and the partner agrees to marry them during the period of the broadcast feature. There is no cash alternative and the voucher does not have any cash value. Should a winner fail to redeem the voucher before the expiry date then the voucher will be cancelled. If either the person who enters the competition, or the partner being asked, refuses permission to broadcast the proposal on air, then the prize will be forfeited and no prize will be awarded. |
| RESTRICTIONS | The voucher must be used for a wedding between the two people who took part in the competiton. The voucher must be redeemed for an event which takes place before 31st December 2026. The wedding must take place on UK mainland within 100 miles of Liverpool city centre. The voucher is subject to all the standard terms applied by In Demand Productions Ltd. More information can be found >here. The winners must not be or have previously been engaged or married to each other. The person chosen to play on air must keep this fact secret from their partner until the time of the broadcast. Should it be found that there has been any collusion, then the prize will be cancelled. Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered. |
| DATA PROTECTION | Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners’ names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes For further read see our privacy terms |
| OTHER CONDITIONS | Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted. The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. |
