| PRIZE | A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the winner subject to the winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition: A FAMILY CAR Car: 2016 Ford Fiesta The car will come with 12 months MOT, RAC & Breakdown cover with full tank of fuel. |

| WINNER’S ANNOUNCEMENT | FRIDAY 23rd DECEMBER 2022 The winner’s nominator will be contacted prior to inform them. On Friday 23rd December 2022, the winning nominee will be visited and announced on air during the breakfast show hours of 06:00 and 10:00 to inform them of their win. The Nominee must be available to receive the prize during the hours of 06:00 and 10:00 on this date. |
| ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS | Nominees must be aged 18 years or over by the entry end date. Nominees must hold a full valid UK Driver’s Licence. Nominees must live within one of the following postcodes: L, CH, LL11, LL12, LL13, LL14, WA1-12, WN1, WN3, WN5, WN6, WN8. Entrants may only make one nomination; however multiple people can nominate the same person. For the avoidance of doubt, a nominee by more than one entrant will be given no greater opportunity of winning. Entrants nominating people can be of any age but will need consent from an adult aged over the age of 18 years. Entrants are not permitted to nominate themselves for the prize, nor nominate another person to share the car with. The winner is not permitted to resell the vehicle within the first 12 months of the competition. Employees (and their friends or family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. |
| ROUTES OF ENTRY, VOTING TERMS & COSTS | Any entrant that meets the above criteria and fills in the required fields at www.indemandradio.com will be under consideration to win the Prize listed above. Free to enter. |
| JUDGING DETAILS | All valid entries will be assessed by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter from Saturday 17th Dec – Wednesday 21st Dec. The promoter reserves the right to filter entries during the competition active dates |

| DATA PROTECTION | Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners’ names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes For further read see our privacy terms. |
| OTHER CONDITIONS | Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted. The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website. Providing the winner satisfies the terms and conditions of the insurance provider, the car will come with 7 days insurance registered in the name of the prize winner (the nominee). If the nominee fails to meet the insurance terms and conditions, the prize winner will need to make alternative arrangements at their own expense. The prize winner will be responsible for keeping the car legal, and road worthy from Dec 3rd 2022. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties. |
