Driving songs competitions: Spring/Summer 2022
The terms and conditions below are in addtion to the general competition terms and conditions found here
|PRIZE||A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the winner subject to the winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:
There are 4 separate competitions running on the following dates:
Free 6 month SILVER rac warranty including breakdown cover.

|PROMOTER||IN DEMAND RADIO (the “Promoter”)|
|WEBSITE||www.indemandradio.com (the “website”)|
|ROUTES OF ENTRY, VOTING TERMS & COSTS||
On the above dates during the “Fezzy Pop Show” between the hours of 12pm and 2pm, “driving song” identified by the DJ will be played.
When the songs starts playing the competition is open. The competition closes 10 minutes after the song has been played in full.
Anyone wishing to enter must text the word “RADIO” then “TREAT MY CAR” to 81066 or message in via the app with the word “TREAT MY CAR”. We will not charge to enter.
Texts are charged at the network operators standard rate.
The entrant has 10 minutes from the start of the song (the opening time) to get their entry in.
For the avoidance of doubt, timing is based on DAB listening, and does not take into account any delay that may exist listing via IP steaming.
Any entries received before the Start Date and time or after the End Date and time (for whatever reason) will be invalid.
Any entrant that answers correctly via the means above will be under consideration to win the Prize listed above.
One winner will be selected at random for each separate competition.
|CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE||
All prizes are subject to availability.
The Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of being won.
|ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS||Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Entries via the app must provide a contact number in order for the entry to count.
Entrants must live within the North West region of England.
The Prize is not transferrable.
Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.
|WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT|| The winner of the Prize will be announced live on air between the hours of 12pm and 2pm on the respective day.
|DATA PROTECTION||Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners’ names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize.
By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation.
Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes

|OTHER CONDITIONS||Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted.
The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms.
The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
Valet - Full Valet, any car maximum 7 seater , any age
MOT - Any age, any car 7-seater. The prize is a standard MOT and does not include any work required for the vehicle to pass. If any additional work is required there is no obligation to use the services of tradecars, Does not include re-test.
Annual Service - Any Car maximum 7 seater, Any Age. Includes standard service labour and parts only – please check with car manufacturer. Does not include any additional work or parts.
RAC Warranty and breakdown cover
* RAC Silver Maintenance & Repair Warranty includes limited listed components, protecting against those parts failing to perform their normal function. Silver level is available for vehicles of any age or mileage when purchased.
Every RAC Maintenance and Repair Warranty comes with the following:
Car Hire - If your vehicle requires 8 hours or longer to carry out repair work, we will cover a maximum of £50 per day for up to 7 days upon receipt of a valid rental agreement
Continental use - For up to 60 days per 12-month period within the European Economic Area
*Warranty does not include items claimable under the manufacturer’s warranty. Total aggregate claims value cannot exceed the purchase price of the vehicle. Other exclusions and limitations apply, which are provided in the full terms and conditions document (available upon request) and included on the schedule document.
